Orford

Castle

 
On yet another showery day we headed off to Orford Castle.  It's a long way but castles are popular!  And this was some castle!  Full of dark passageways, spiral staircases, dungeons, garderobes and battlements it kept everyone entertained for ages.  Behaviour was fantastic and we were congratulated by the excellent English Heritage staff who were on duty.
