Prince's Trust Food competition

 The Year 10 XL group is preparing for the Prince's Trust food competition.  They will have to work in teams producing a three course meal in front of a panel of judges.  Today they were practising making a fruit salad.  They were assessed on taste, colour and appearance and the quality of their chopping.
