Decorate Your Cake

Sally Porter from Decorate Your Cake joined us to teach our young people (and staff!) how to make edible decorations for cup cakes.  She was superb!  She came brilliantly prepared with individual work stations for everyone - working board, knives (no points!), tools, moulds, sugar, chocolate etc.  We all had to wear Decorate Your Cake aprons.  From the start she had her audience captivated! 

We were joined during the morning by Helen McDermott from BBC Radio Norfolk who had come to see Sally at work.  As well as interviewing Sally and R4U staff she also talked to many of the young people about what they were doing.  We will let you know when they are on the radio.
